For many organizations, it is a tough challenge to determine where to begin, what should be the
roadmap, and how to measure success during implementation cycle. We follow a methodical approach.
Several brainstorming and intense interview sessions are held with top executives and line
managers to gather inputs to manage business efficiently and effectively. These sessions are
conducted by a team of individuals who have expertise and rich experience in crafting BI
solutions.
As a part of strategy and roadmap development, if required, we also undertake quick
Proof-of-Concept implementations. While we have capability to provide PoC for all areas of BI, we
tend to limit the scope of PoC only to assist in finalizing roadmap for BI Implementation.
The deliverable of this offering is a thorough and robust document capturing vision and a game
plan to formulate and implement BI solution.
Typically, Roadmap engagements can span from few days to few weeks at the customer site. The team
size is determined based on the breadth of the study.
